GeoResin’s approach to foundation strengthening uses unique methods similar to high-level surgery. We used to use grouting as a construction company, but now we use our new solution, GeoResin technology, as it is a fast and reliable alternative to concrete and pile work for foundation reinforcement. This solution eliminates the problems and causes of structural sagging and deformation by re-leveling concrete foundation slabs, strip foundations, floor slabs, pile foundations, and even the issue of driveways.
Our resin is first injected into the ground beneath your house through tiny holes (usually 12 – 18 mm in diameter). As a result of a chemical reaction when the components are mixed, the Georesin resin expands to fill existing voids and compacts the base soil (or other supporting structures), and allows for controlled lifting and leveling of the house. The entire process is constantly monitored with top-rank laser equipment for optimal results and safety.
As a result:
Materials have been specifically designed to resist drying out or deterioration. The quality and the necessary characteristics are guaranteed for more than 50 years, in strict compliance with environmental and safety requirements.
When it comes to reinforcing foundations, concrete work has been the choice of classical construction for many years. Compared to traditional concrete works, the approaches underlying the GeoResin technology methods are speed, cleanliness, reliability and predictability, cost-effectiveness, and non-interference with the processes associated with the operation of the asset.
Our technology guarantees the lifting and leveling of a building or structure that none of the classic methods can guarantee. On average, we can raise your house to its design level in one to two days or within one or two weeks, depending on the technology used to build your house. In addition, there is no mess with resin injection: it requires no excavation, water, cement, or concrete.
You don’t have to completely vacate the space. Unlike concrete work, which requires a lot of preliminary interior work, our injection mortar requires none of that. The injection is done through tiny holes (only 12-18 mm in diameter), so there is minimal damage to structures.
Poor ground conditions, such as unbound, dusty, or wet soils and poorly compacted backfill soils, should be avoided in concrete work. The reason is that the added weight of concrete can make the situation worse. Our foundation strengthening method is ideal even for clay or loess soils, eliminating the main causes of subsidence. GeoResin technology provides an increase in the load-carrying capacity of the foundation, allowing for the controlled lifting of buildings and structures.
The actual cost of concrete reinforcement depends on many factors, including:
Thus, if only one small section of the house requires reinforcement, then concreting may be cheaper, but it will also lead to additional problems over time. For example, the appearance of new cracks in the walls of the house, which can occur as a result of increased weight on the ground.
In addition to being more convenient, safe, and reliable, our injection solution is usually more economical than traditional methods of base reinforcement when you consider all the costs and inconveniences caused.
