Cracks in the walls can close as the structure of the building is lifted, allowing simple finishing repairs to be made once the work is complete. Windows and doors will work normally again if there have been previous misalignments.
There will only be a mess in the form of the presence of GeoResin technicians on your site. We use GeoResin geopolymer resin injection technology, which is like a “microsurgery” without digging or excavating, interfering with structural units, or arranging clutter. The required injection holes are very small: from 12 to 28 mm.
Every project is different — the number of injection wells, the area to be corrected, the type and condition of the building structures, and soil conditions can vary. Most projects are completed within two to three days.
Performing works on GeoResin technology does not require evicting residents or stopping building operations. There may even be no need to move furniture, as the work is carried out using hand tools and taking into account all the features of the property and the wishes of the client as early as the design stage.
The materials we use have been specially developed for underground use and have qualities such as durability and resistance to aggressive environments. GeoResin can give a guarantee on work for up to 60 years.
We have successfully completed over 65 projects in Ukraine during the last 2 years.
Injected material is ecologically inert and does not have any harmful effect on the environment.
1. Situation assessment.
Cracks in the walls and deformed floors or foundations in your house usually appear because part of your house has sagged. A common cause of this subsidence is uneven deformation of base soils. Sagging is caused by weak soil that is not able to resist the current loads.
The best long-term solution starts at the root of the problem. The foundation of your house must be elevated, leveled, and reinforced again. Thanks to GeoResin solutions the foundations of buildings are quickly returned to their design levels. Ribbed, slab, and column foundations, as well as driveways, can be leveled again and permanently.
Where necessary, weak foundations can also be reinforced and stabilized. Our staff will inspect your house and assess the situation. Experienced engineers and technicians then determine the necessary method and develop a design and execution plan tailored to the customer’s needs and the specifics of the property.
2. Procedure for solution implementation.
The traditional method of house re-leveling was and is jacking or concrete work. These methods have serious drawbacks, being time-consuming, dangerous, and messy processes. They involve digging to make large excavations under the foundation of the building, pouring concrete (or placing support under the jack), waiting for the house to gain strength, and then lifting the house out of the concrete blocks.
GeoResin is a modern and easy way to restore the even resistance of your house to a solid foundation.
3. Visible result.
As the supports or foundations are raised back to their correct level, windows, and doors start working properly again. Gaps between skirting boards and sagging floors are closed.
Cracks in walls can close as GeoResin resin lifts the foundation back up to the correct level.
Deformed driveways and parking areas can also be leveled: ride discomfort, bumps, and dips are eliminated. Vehicles can drive over the area in just 30 minutes after the work is completed.
